    The place was very nice looking, I guess they must have remodeled it. It was nice, restrooms were very clean. The waitress was very nice and accommodating when I asked to switch tables. Food came out quickly and everything was very good. It seemed to be made fresh for us, so I was pretty happy. And can't beat the coffee!

    Great coffee and good combo breakfast. Only thing is over medium eggs need to have the white well cooked, not a bit runny, and still have a soft yolk.

    Great philly cheese steak. It was to-go and while I was waiting for my order. The waiters were friendly and would ask if I had been served. The food was still warm when I got back to my office. I loved that it had a lot of meat, mushrooms & cheese.

    Worst service ever. Waited for an hour just to be seated. No sense of urgency from the employees running the counter. Waited an additional 20 minutes to receive drinks for my party with missing orders from waitress. And Just when I thought they had turned it around, [by offering fruit and pancakes after the hour wait], they missed half portion of my ordered menu item. It was such an unfortunate visit at this location, and though I know not all IHOPs, are managed as such, I will no longer be eating at any of your IHOP locations.

    The food was good but the service was terrible there was at least six people on the floor and they all just stayed in this little corner talking to each other no one came to see if we needed refills or to take plates away that was the second time I went and service was a joke
